Services are by appointment only and are designed to accommodate busy schedules. Same-day, after-hours, and weekend appointments are available to meet urgent or time-sensitive needs, subject to availability. Promptness, professionalism, and reliability are a priority with every appointment.

Fees & Pricing Disclosure
In accordance with South Carolina state law, the notarial fee is $5.00 per signature.
For mobile services, Rogers Real Estate and Consulting, LLC charges the greater of a $40 minimum travel fee or the IRS Standard Mileage Rate for the current year.
A convenience fee may apply for after-hours, weekend, or same-day appointments.
Out-of-State Real Estate Closings are billed at the Title Company rate of $125.00.
Any additional fees charged reflect convenience, professional expertise, liability insurance, and operational overhead, and are fully disclosed prior to service.
