With 20 years of experience as a licensed Broker and Realtor in the South Carolina Upstate and over a decade of BPO reporting since 2011, I bring extensive knowledge in evaluating and managing REO properties. I hold industry-recognized designations including Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource (SFR). My REO experience includes completing accurate Broker Price Opinions (BPOs), coordinating property preservation, managing listings, and facilitating successful closings through both transactional and full-service brokerage models.
Additionally, as a certified Notary Signing Agent, I have completed numerous real estate transaction signings, including deed signings and loan modification closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process. I am fully covered by $1,000,000 in General Liability insurance and $1,000,000 in Errors and Omissions insurance
